ArtForms is responsible for hiring out rooms at The West Park Centre. There are several rooms for hire at what we believe are extremely reasonable rates. If you require refreshments for your event, catering is also available.

Once you have discussed your requirements with one of our advisors and made a booking over the telephone, you will then receive a booking agreement form by email. In order to confirm your booking, you will need to email your signed agreement to us here at the West Park Centre within 5 working days.
